Report on share transfers

The Report on share transfers displays all the shares transfers that have taken place between clients with in a given period of time with the organizations.

How to view the Report on Register of Shares transfers

To access this report go to Shares/Report on Shares transfers and a screen shown below will be appear:

• Shareholder number: Click on the Choose button to select the shareholder from the drop down list or click All shareholders to include all shareholders.You will be able to choose a shareholder only if you have unchecked "All shareholders"
• Transactions from: In the drop down box, select the date when the report should start e.g. "01/01/2014" and in to drop down box select the date when the report should end e.g., "20/09/2016"
• Branch code: From the drop down, select the branch code for which you want to generate the report on share transfers e.g "KA" or tick All option to have a report for all branches.
• Product: From the drop down box, select the share product that you want to generate a report about. This product should have been defined under System/Configuration/Products. Or you can tick All to have the report on all loan products.
• Select the client type that you want to generate the report for e.g "Individual"

Click on the OK button to view the report which will look like one below:
